About
About
Amy Noonan is a multi-disciplinary artist drawing heavily on personal experiences of isolation and anxiety in the world due to mental health differences. Their Autism means they find comfort in a tactile materiality, history, and the idea of a shared human identity to counteract feeling out of place in the modern world. Noonan’s work seeks to challenge conventions, specifically of the gallery space, encouraging audience interaction, personal connection, and independent interpretation.
